Konnyaku Sponge Making Process

	Mixing of 100% natural konnyaku powder with water.

	Pouring of mixture into mould.

	Preparation for sponge shaping.

	Simmering for several hours.

	When konnyaku sponge is simmered and cooled down, It is remove from the mould and soaked into water. This process is the same for making edible konnyaku.

	Freezing and water extraction of konnyaku sponge in controlled conditions. This step is repeated several times.

	Konnyaku sponge is washed and brought to dry.

	Hanging loop is attached to the konnyaku sponge before final drying.

	Konnyaku sponge is finally dried completely.

	Each konnyaku sponge is carefully packed and checked for defects before sending to customers.
